How can I create an account?

Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT link in the upper right corner of any page. This will take you to a screen where you can enter your username and password and your personal info. Then, click on JOIN.

How do I recover my password?

Click on the LOGIN link in the upper right corner of any page. This will take you to a screen where you can click on the RECOVER IT HERE option.

How do I recover my username?

If you cannot remember the username for your account, please contact us and a representative will assist you.

How do I report a bug or have a suggestion?

If you want to report a bug, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem, and we'll look into it as soon as possible! If you have a suggestion, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know what is on your mind. To hear from you is important to us!

Which browser works best with Absolute Acrylic?

We recommend using Internet Explorer 7 or higher, or the most recent versions of Firefox or Chrome. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please make sure you are using one of our approved browsers before reporting the problem.

Is Absolute Acrylic free?

Joining Absolute Acrylic is completely free. You can subscribe to our newsletter, participate in our community by adding comments and ratings. We invite you to be an active part on our business, because your opinion matters to us.

What are the services you provide to your customers?

We personalize any of our products with your logo or message you desire. You can create Wishlist that you can visit later, by loging in with the same username you logged when creating it. You can also visualize the last products you visited.

How can I personalize a product?

If you want to personalize your product we can do this for you at a price we will comunicate you in advance. Therefore, please Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and another e-mail confirming the shipment of your order with the USPS (Global) Express or FedEx tracking number. We do not provide tracking numbers for USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Kindly contact us via e-mail at admin@absoluteacrylic.com or via telephone at (904) 733-8111 for any questions.

How can I be sure that my information is secure?

Your information is safe and secure with Absolute Acrylic. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transmissions, providing optimum protection for secure on-line commerce transactions. All of your information is encrypted so that it cannot be read or accessed as it travels across the internet.

Is it possible to order internationally?

Absolute Acrylic accepts payments through credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover), both international and domestic, or upon receipt of funds made via wire transfer. These include credit cards issued outside of the United States and those with an international billing address. However, we require additional identity verification in the form of a faxed passport or driver's license, and a photocopy of the actual credit card as a security precaution. We do not accept payments in the form of personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders for International Orders. We kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail or via telephone to get the wire transfer information.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Absolute Acrylic only collects sales tax on orders that are shipped within Florida.

Who has the duties, customs and taxes responsibility?

Absolute Acrylic is not responsible for custom fees, duties or local taxes imposed by your government, if any, for clearance of the goods. We have no control on these local taxes or duties. As duty rates may change from country to country, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for the current rates. Typically, rates are based on the declared value of the shipment articles. We must declare the full value in order to protect your shipment with insurance, should it be lost.
